Sanibel Siesta on the Beach

Although a bit older, the Siesta is right on the beach and in a great lication, island wise. You can walk to Pink Flamingo, Lighthouse Cafe, the Shack, (little over a mile), yet you feel off the beaten path. We stay here every year. Staff and Co. are very helpful and wonderful hosts.

Went for a walk on the beach they have an access point next to the building. Locals were out walking the beach . Very peaceful!

We have been coming here for over 30 years. The condo we rent has always been nice and clean. The beach is right there and we love the pool. The staff is so nice and check-out is simple compared to any Airbnb. It is my best kept secret on Sanibel. I would love to keep it to myself, but I want to give Sanibel Siesta some love after coming back from the hurricane. We always enjoy our stay here and will be back again!

20+ Years of great memories and the overall experience, with a great staff and perfect. Condos, Pool, Beach etc……. The island amenities shopping and restaurants have definitely improved and come back so all is comfortable and continuing to rebound to normal operations.

Relaxing. Beachfront. Middle island location. Beach, pool, bike, walk, wildlife sanctuary, reading, good restaurants nearby. Bike path easy access. Nice pool. Very nice condos. FYI... Sanibel is a laid-back quiet place, a place to chill, not a wild party place.

Absolutely Lovely!! We went in early October and it was perfect. The beach was steps from the condo with plethoras of exquisite shells spread in wide swaths across the sandy shores. Sandibel Siesta's staff was remarkable!! They educated us about flying teeth and armed us with bug spray. Patrica was a Jewel and called around for live music for us, John the maintenance guru, helped a friend of ours with her car issues. Just super wonderful people. It was quiet well kept, and has a great layout! This was pur first visit and we have found a home away from home at Sandibel Island!

Stayed in 604 this past week. Perfect view of the beach and ocean. Condo was very clean and nicely furnished, decor was fabulous. Full kitchen and everything you need to cook a meal. Staff was great and helpful. The only issue was the electric blind in the master bedroom had an issue. John ( maintenance guy ) explained the issue. He still owes me a bottle of vodka...lol. Bike rentals on site. We rode several times to nearby shops and restaurants . Pool is nice, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for shade. I highly recommend this room and place as a whole. Can't wait to come back.

“Perfect Getaway on Sanibel Island!” My stay at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach (Unit 501) was absolutely perfect! From the moment I walked into the unit, I was blown away by the views of the Gulf. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the private lanai with my morning coffee was an unforgettable experience. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a relaxing vacation. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living room was perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—steps away from a pristine, uncrowded beach. I loved collecting seashells and watching the sunsets every evening. The condo also offered great amenities like a pool and easy access to bike rentals, which made exploring the island a breeze. I can’t recommend this condo highly enough—it’s a little slice of paradise, and I can’t wait to come back!
